Staff is rude when you ask a question and then give no explanation or their system is always down or it just so happen to go down when you call. Always a line breaking at least once a month.

I got in contact with the "utilities in Lake Wales for a couple of time during the week of Sep 2019 and I been a customer for more than a year and I dont have any complaings. The customer services by phone was promply. The girl who answer the phone was very knowledgeable and polite. They earned 5 star. Thank you Yolanda for your good customers phone skills.

Twice in 3 years I have been charged excessive usage of water, 30,000 gal, 19,000 gal, 10,000 gal and 16,000 gal amounts. I have no leaks as verified by 2 separate plumbing companies and the city. They took out the meter and examined it, said nothing wrong. I have lived here 14 years and never had a problem until electronic meter was installed. When I complained usage went back to normal both years. Either the meter is corrupted or the water department is. It is computerized so susceptible to hacking or manipulation.
