I have enjoyed living at Sherwood for the past few years. However this past year has not been the same. The corporate office seems to be negligent in assuring that the noted amenities and maintenance is being met. More maintenance workers are needed, lifeguards are needed, and trash removal all need to be addressed. The pool is closed more than open, trash remains on the ground around the bins for weeks, and parking is insufficient for its many residents. Corporate office needs to be responsible, not just raise the rent each year without addressing the needs and adding unused amenities.

Moved in 2020, $1375 for rent. 2021 they jack it up to $1,570. New lease is for $2,375. Place is a dump and the property manager is useless and I mean completely useless. Pool never open, and they added bicycles! We don’t need bicycles, we need to be able to afford to live. This is no section 8 place, but they sure take advantage of the working people. SHAMELESS! Also, the positive reviews you are reading are paid for. And the people who wrote them should equally be ashamed. If you have self respect and dignity, move on. This place is a disaster.

Absolutely love living here! It's super quite and close to everything! The 2 bedroom townhomes are spacious and feels like a house! Everybody in the office are super friendly. They are always improving and adding amenities for the residents!

I recently toured at Sherwood Village Apartment Homes. The leasing office staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. The grounds are beautifully maintained - many trees, a pond area, flowering bushes in some places, well-hidden dumpsters that were not overflowing. The apartments are staggered to give more apparent privacy (you are not looking directly into the windows of your neighbors). The apartment layouts are more open (kitchen flows into dining room and then the dining room follows around a corner into the living room). The entrances to apartments are indoors (you have a building key and a key to your apartment). It looks and feels safe.
