This review is strictly for the textbook department located inside the bookstore. Terrible customer service and management, didn't return my calls or get the textbook I needed. Shameful and needs training.

Look, if you haven't been to college in twenty years like me but you love books and learning and colleges, well then, this makes a fantastic setting for a little coffee shop and cafe.

Nice quiet bookstore. School books are upstairs. The girl working at the coffee counter is cool.

Been attending USFSP for a few years now. The staff can be helpful, however in my experience they are not most of the time. For the past several semesters I have not received all my class books and have found myself paying out of pocket on several occasions instead of using BAP due to employees not paying attention to what books you need when you give them your schedule. This happened again this semester but I caught it at the last moment and was able to use BAP. So why the complaint this time? Because they did something different. I am a very particular person. I don't want used stuff. Since, one of my books was missing I had to have it ordered due to not being in stock. B&N of course ordered a used book. This book upon receiving has more stickers on it than I have ever seen on any book. It is from a library. It has been cataloged, labeled used and has a big sticker saying buy used and save. not to mention 3 overlaping stickers on the back with barcodes. the book has tape on it and has been dropped several times. I am less than thrilled about this. How can this be something that is acceptable?

Yes, we have a database that checks the book's value. We offer cash on the spot.
We sanitize high touch surfaces every 2 hours and ask for anyone entering the store to wear a mask. If anyone is sitting in our cafe area, we sanitize these areas after the customer leaves.
Abby, we have a small selection of comics and graphic novels. Stop by and see our general reading area. There is seating available for you to peruse before making your final decision.
