I currently reside in this community, I’ve lived here for the last 5 years and have loved every moment of it. The grounds are gorgeous and the neighborhood is peaceful. The management in the leasing office Karen and Kim are absolutely wonderful. These ladies truly have made this experience nothing less of wonderful. I will continue to reside in this community for the convenience and the the experience alone

I have live at the Avery for two month now and I love it, the neighborhood is great. everyone is nice and is very peaceful. Ms. Kim is very nice and helpful, she has been a help since the day i called to get information.

Initial visit for information and walkthrough of model apartment/home: we had a pleasant experience. Kim was very upfront, informative and easy to talk to, which I appreciate. The area is quiet (we drove around at a few different times before deciding to apply) and the neighbors that I have seen are very pleasant. Application and move in process: It went very smoothly for us and the townhome was in great condition. I personally went through the checklist and found no major issues to worry about! Management office/Maintenance staff: Everyone has been great! They have been extremely friendly and professional and the maintenance guys are super nice! They always wave hi and seem very kind and hardworking. Honest review to date: I am very happy to be here! My husband and I did our research and for the $ and all the space you’re getting it truly is great! Other places are going for much more $ for a lot less space and with pet rents etc the monthly rate is astronomical! So far my husband and I feel very blessed to have found a place that we can call home!

We have lived at the Avery for 2 years. The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for us for the first two years. After 2 years we decided to upgrade for more space to the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. The transition from the 1 bedroom to the 2 bedroom was seamless! The staff in the office is always very helpful. Specifically Kim has been a joy to work with for everything we have ever needed! The parking is never an issue. On-sight gym is very nice and never full. Maintenance IS FANTASTIC! We have lived in previous complexes where they wouldn't even knock or give us notice. The maintenance staff is always polite, give us heads up when they are coming ahead of time, and when we put in a maintenance request, they fulfill the job in a timely and professional manner. We truly enjoy living at the Avery and plan to stay here until we are ready to buy a home of our own.
