My first time ever eating here. I'm from out of state and where I'm from we don't have a pretzel factory. I stopped in to try it out and I let the staff who was an older short lady .. that it was my first time and I didn't know where to start..I seen the picture of the cheese steak bites that looked yummy so I decided to... Which was AMAZING! But her customer service wasn't very unpleasant..she act like I should have known what to order instead of helping me pick other good ideas to try for my first time..I got the last pretzel and returned in a couple of hours before going home with some more...there were no more to order and the 2nd time returning she also didn't treat me very nice

Stopped at Street Rd. Pretzel Factory this morning; was greeted exuberantly by Lauren. She was so pleasant and efficient. What a nice start to the first day of summer! Folks at my workplace are now enjoying a delicious pretzel breakfast. Thank you Lauren and bakers at Pretzel Factory Street Rd. Happy Summer!
