No stars customer service stinks. If you order furniture from there they tell you 2 weeks. It will be 4 months to get ours and you can't get your deposit back. Found out another customer ordered June 2020 and are still waiting.

Order furniture 9/26 I was told will be delivered 10/31!! Then told 11/9, I call every week and get a story that it’s not here and the salesperson tells me he is sending email to manufacture. I call a week later and I keep getting a different story and told I’ll email the manufacture, they are the worse! 11/17 I’m still waiting!

Quality is cheap. If your looking for product for about 6 months to a year go for it! Salespeople at particular site are rude even management. There is no customer service department. There is one lady that takes the calls never returns the call you leave on the answering machine. However the Diamond in New Jersey is the total opposite. Friendly professional. They try very hard to fix the problem one of my night table that comes with my bedroom set bubbled up the salesman told me to come in the store to see what he can do. He replacement it. It was a showroom piece however it was better than being dismissed by the Bensalem store!! Once payment is made you are no longer their problem. Delivery is not their problem your dismissed! !!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Look for a deal and make sure they will treat you like a human. DO NOT deal with DAVID ( sales manager of this location ), he made me wait 8 days to get my piece of furniture - no delivery. He said it will be in few days - IT TOOK 8 DAYS. They don't treat people right, too much sarcasm, egoism and lie lie lie. Look for a better deal elsewhere. Don't make this mistake that i just did.
