I ordered a pizza at 2:45pm. At 4:00pm I called to ask about it. I was immediately put on hold and listened to the woman who answered the phone have a good old giggling conversation with someone for 10 minutes only to be told the outsource doordash and are still waiting on the driver. If I had known this I would have door dashed it my self and gotten it quicker and fresh.

Ordered pizza at 7:30. They outsourced delivery to DoorDash. They called at 9:50 to tell me the driver had not shown up to pick it up. Do not order from here if you plan on eating that night.

Created an online order at 5pm to be delivered at 7:30pm. Arrived at 8:05pm and was the WRONG order. This was a $70 pizza order, the employee had called letting us know we got the wrong order just as the door dasher pulled up. She asked if we wanted to keep that order, umm no for the amount of money I spent I want what I ordered. She said ok and hung up. Waited another 30 mins so I called back asking if my order was going to be delivered, she had me on hold for 5mins to get me an ETA. She could not give me an ETA so I just said I would pick it up myself. She did say they had to remake my order and it was done, so I opted to pick it up myself. She could of told me before she hung up that they had to remake my order I would of told her I would of just picked it up then instead of waiting another 30mins to find out they were still waiting on the door dasher to come get our food.
