This was my first visit here, I drove from Winter haven for my son to be seen at this office. Dr Chris was very thorough when examining my son. His assistant was very kind. I was not informed from a previous dentist pediatric dental office in Lakeland that my son had 2 infections in his mouth. Dr Chris took his time, did not rush us out of the office. Check in was smooth, check out was great with the exception of another employee who seemed a bit on the miserable side. Will highly recommend the office! Thanks

I arrived at the wrong office at the right time. I usually go to the Clearwater office, but it was scheduled for Trinity. I called and the staff was so understanding & kind & was able to see my kiddo, and the Trinity office 2 & 1/2 hours later. I was super grateful & that left me & my kiddo to go on an adventure. We drive around not knowing the area at all. We just drove around looking at scenery & ended up finding a Target store. We went in and goofed around, looking at stuff, buying matching outfits...it was a great bonding experience that was well over due. When we arrived at her appointment, the staff was friendly & greeted us immediately. The wait was not long. My kiddo went by herself and had some tears, but the staff made her feel better. We got some bad news, but they made us leave with smiles. That was a big deal. Plus they had a cool movie playing in the waiting room! Bathroom was clean.....Big deal for me. It turned out to be a great day!

Most important tip me is that the staff makes my son comfortable through the whole visit. He is one of those children who wants to know what they will be doing and is super inquisitive. They answered his questions and made his happy to go back. The parental side was just as good they explained everything and listened to all my concerns. Not once did they make me feel as if I had done something wrong or lack of doing anything. Which I have had happen even though my son has had very minimal dental issues. Definitely recommend them to anyone who's child is nervous about going to the dentist.

My daughter was a patient for about 2 years here. Now they do not take her medical which I understand. I have called a few times and got the rudest customer service from his ladies. I called and wanted to ask about him taking her dental now because he does. Kristina was extremely rude. She did not even know who the patient was as I did not say her name. Did not even give me a chance to talk says he only does extractions with her dental. Only extractions? On a dental plan? Seems very odd. After seeing him and being treated 2 years now we have no other place to go. Thank you for not helping my daughter. Thank you for being rude to your customers and patients. Merry Christmas to you.
