The nicest staff I have ever experienced. It’s a really nice library with a lot to offer

Awesome library. Great kids section with little reading huts. Got right on a computer to print some things. Friendly, helpful staff assisted me. 10 cents a page. Took less than 5 minutes. Great cafe inside too. I especially liked all the tucked away reading spots. Neat kids classes offered. Fun crafts.

My kids and I have been patrons for several years.....we spend most our time in the children's section. The staff are usually friendly and even know my kids by first name basis. It's a warm, safe environment and I look forward to our visits! Thanks to all the special staff-Megan, Emily, Melissa, Denise, and our beloved Mr. Joe! ❤

Very happily surprised by the Largo Central Park Public Library. The Cafe, Bookstore, and so much more. Was easily able to get a library card, fax some paperwork, and find my next book to read. Thee staff was so helpful and kind. Looking forward to spending many years and reading many books from this Library. Truly love libraries and this one is a gem.

I think they require a local utility bill to show you are staying here. And of course your drivers license (from any state)
https://pplc.ent.sirsi.net/client/en_US/default lets you access the card catalog for the entire Pinellas County library system. You can set it to only search one library at a time if you prefer.

No
Not 100% sure but I believe they're open regular hours Monday, Friday, and Saturday. They close early Tuesday and are closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. I would definitely call to confirm those days though.
I would think the county engineer.
They are currently open and will close ar 6 PM today. I find this time of the year there are no good times. The library is a waiting and meeting site for kids that are out of school for the summer.
It's possible. It would really depend on what exactly you need help with in signing up. There are lots of extremely helpful librarians who are willing to help as best they can.
I think you can checkout older editions but the newest magazines aren't available to be checked out and cannot be reserved.
