Should be 0/5! Mom had to wait 3 hours for pain meds on admission, still wearing a gown after weeks and unable to find her clothes. Wore the same socks for 2 weeks! Insurance game is crazy..somehow a little over a week she gets denied from her private insurance and they want to discharge when she can't even do all her ADLs without assist. But they have no problem charging her $400 plus a day!! She would have better service at Motel 6! Had to fight to get her nails trimmed , receives the wrong meal tray multiple times. I had to file a grievance! Now has open areas on her buttocks...list goes on!

This should not be called a rehab facility - it is more like a nursing home. If you're lucky, you might get 15 minutes of PT a day which consist of walking around the building. They are very short-staffed and the help they do have are unpleasant and don't want to be bothered. They also do not answer the phone. My mother was handled very roughly by one of the staff members and her arm was severely bruised. This is not a good facility at all - they just want your money.

I like the security and safety features you have here. Nicole was extremely nice instructing my husband and I on how to enter your building and even showed us where my uncle's room is. Even though it was obvious her shift was over and she was on her way home she was so kind enough to stop and take the time to help us and we deeply appreciate you. Thank you Nicole!

They have been amazing to my grandmother and our family during her stay here and as she was passing! Everyone is under staffed and you do get a few that just do what they need too. They do the best they can. I can't thank them enough for all they have done! - Peggy
