#Awesome service and compassionate. My wife and I were stranded on 95S on our way to DC from west of Philly on our Tesla Model 3 due to a flat tire as we hit debris. Tesla doesn’t have a spare tire. We found the Firestone place closer to our location and had Geico tow our car to Firestone. Upon checking out our car, our rim was bent, and the tire was OK. There were no options for us to get back on the road. No nearby Tesla dealership, no rental car place, and we were stranded. My wife and I were running the cherry blossom race in DC the following day. We were super stressed. The shop was closing at 6 pm. My wife remembered that we had a spare trim from the previous pothole mishap. We called our friend/ neighbor, who graciously drove two hours to bring the rims to us. The Firestone shop was closing at 6. The guys knowing our situation offered to keep the state open and help us if our friend could bring the rigs. Our friend got there around 8 pm. Zach was super friendly and kept us engaged, knowing what we were going through. Zach called Khalil, who was 20 mins away, to assist him in getting us back on the road around 8.30. I can’t thank Zach and Khalil enough for their service attitude and compassionate nature to get us back on the road. Above all, they didn’t charge us !! In this day and age, you can’t find a better place than this Firestone run by these amazing guys. If you are looking for your tire/service needs in the Perry Hall / Nottingham, MD area, don’t look further. Thank you, Zach and Khalil, for taking care of us 🙏. Oh, for those, who wonder, a friend/neighbor like ours is hard to come by.. we love them!

I made and appointment and came in for a nail in a tire which was causing the tire to leak slowly. Paid Firestone to remove the nail and patch the the tire. They claimed they did all the above and replaced the air in the tire. As soon as I left the was immediately leaking out of the tire. Finally, the next day I take it to another business they take the tire off and show me why my tire is leaking air. THE ORIGINAL NAIL WAS STILL IN THE TIRE, Firestone never removed the nail. Furthermore, the new tire shop showed me the tire and showed me it had never been patched or plugged. In the end, I paid Firestone for a service they never completed , which caused me to pay two separate businesses for the same repair. Seems like they might be taking advantage of women. I’m not sure what kind of business charges someone for a service that was never completed, shame on you Firestone. I had made several appointments for the following weeks, unfortunately bad business means no repeat customers. Also, I must mentioned when I called Firestone to inform them the air was still leaking I was told the patch did not work and I would have to purchase a new tire for $220, and pay for the service costing around another $300.

I made an online appointment and was told when I got there that they were to busy to fit me in. My online confirmation #124995925. I took a day off work to have my vehicle serviced. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years. My family has always taken our vehicles there to be serviced. I have all the receipts to prove that. I was very disappointment. I think that someone could have a least called me to cancel the appointment instead of waiting until I got there to tell me they were to busy. It did not look busy to me, the waiting room was empty and only a few cars were in the parking lot. I was willing to leave my car for the day but the salesman said they were to busy.

What happened??? I used to go out of my way to go here due to the fast and professional service. I've even recommended this shop to others in the past. I made an appointment for service this morning with the expectation having appointment would actually mean something. An hour and a half later my car was still sitting in the parking lot with all of the lift bays full and people in the waiting room. I definitely did not feel like a valued customer. Why bother making an appointment for me if you are going to service all of the walk-ins first?!? The experience has left me very disappointed. I guess it's time to find a new tire shop.
