Office and phone staff were perfectly fine. The doc himself?? Well, well well...if I didn't know the meaning of the word or knew what it was like to be treated this way before, I did today. The phrase condescending as he** mean anything? I have zero doubt I would have been talked to in a different manner if my insurance had been different. I sobbed in my car out of partial frustration, but mostly out of utter humiliation and embarrassment. Going to see about getting first dentures is tough anyway, I guess it would be nice if docs besides surgeons had a decent bedside manner. I told my general dentist, who referred me to this place (mainly due to location, to be fair) I will not walk into this denturists office again, even if I'm a millionaire and Bill Gates 2nd wife. He could be a master at his craft, but I will never know, as I'm too low class for him and his work.

What a fabulous denturist! My new teeth are so beautiful, this man goes beyond the norm. I came in to pick up my teeth, he let me take them home even though my insurance had not paid him yet! He is a super smart as well as a kind and patient..would definately refer him to anyone who needs dentures..his work is excellent..I will always go back to him for my denture needs! Awesome!!

Dr. Ghattas and his staff at A New Image Denture Clinic were amazing! I went to him to get a new pair of dentures and was not only pleased with the end result but with the entire overall experience! I highly recommend him!

I have been with Dr. Ghattas for a lot of years and every time I go in I am treated very special and I'm sure he & the staff are just those kind of people. He is very concerned with how comfortable your dentures are and makes you look normal. This last time I had to go in was for a sore on my gum that just wouldn't heal, he saved me a lot of money by telling me about the two weeks just wearing denture when I eat and a salt wash at least 10 times a day, that simple and it worked.
