I just moved in one month ago and I am very happy here. The staff calls me by name at every opportunity...making me feel very welcome. I have found ladies to play cards with me, enjoyed the musical programs that are very professional, attended some of the learning opportunities available and really enjoyed the comfortable dining room food and environment. (we have cloth tablecloths for evening dining) I moved here with no idea of what to expect and have been pleasantly surprised and pleased. This facility is very pleasing and enjoyable. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

The Fountains are definitely the best place to live and Suzette was amazing to work with. I called and spoke with Suzette and she was welcoming from the start. Went in for an appointment with her and she was upbeat and very accommodating with our current needs. She took us for a tour and then showed us a couple great apartment options and answered all our questions. She made the process very comfortable and efficient. Thank you Suzette for helping us feel we were already home. Thank you Wesley for being so accommodating with making sure we were ready to move and all paperwork that was needed was correct, received. Thanks again for making the process smooth Suzette you and your staff were professional but also personable.

What a difference The Fountains has made in my Aunt Pat’s life! Not only was she welcomed with open arms by Suzette Hadermann, but the whole staff is warm, friendly and helpful. She was very afraid to make this life changing move, but after meeting with Suzette, we as a family felt confident that it was time, and this was the perfect place for her. We are all very happy! Fountains has been such a positive change for my mother, and for our family. From the first meeting with Suzette to tour of apartment options for Independent living, to the facilities team getting the apartment ready for her to occupy, to coordinating the move and post move in details ... between Suzette and Weslee they and their teams made sure all deadlines were met for the move, movers were accommodated with their deliveries, and we as a family were comfortable with the process and transitions. Mother is adjusting to her new apartment environment and routines with the assistance of the Fountains' ambassador volunteers and caring staff. Just this week she had a manicure/pedicure at the in-house salon and was thrilled with not only the nail tech but also the quality of the work. As her family we are thrilled these services are not only available, but so easy for our mother to take advantage of, and hope she soon enjoys more of the outings and activities this lively community has too offer.
