I prefer this Laundromat to others in the area. Their prices are cheaper. I've been there a couple of times when they were closing, my clothes were still drying or other people were still there, and the lady is never rude about it. Even though after 12 hrs by herself I know she's ready to leave. They offer free detergent. They are all tide bottles, I'm pretty sure it's not tide or just tide in the bottles, I have very sensitive skin (eczema) I had a reaction when I used the detergent there. Only mentioning this as a heads up for other people. But it's free detergent so can't complain about it. I use my own for now on. Never had any other issues there.

No love lost

I’m giving this facility 1 star because of costumer service. I went into facility to see if they did alterations. When I approach the counter the lady was on her phone playing a game and got real irate because I ask her did they do alterations. She rudely and loudly told me (while still playing the game in her phone and while still sitting down away from the counter) that they lady wasn’t there. I then ask her when does she come and again she got irritated and told me rudely that she come in tomorrow between what ever time. I then ask to speak or get the number of whoever is in charge and she told me she was the owner. I told her she didn’t have to be rude and that I spend a lot of money in her facility to be treated the way I was treated, she then shrugs her shoulder as in that she didn’t care. Never again will this facility get not one damn coin out of my pockets.

The two women that run this laundromat are very unfriendly. I like the fact that they turn your cash into quarters but they never seem appreciative that you are spending your money there. The place is clean and never very busy. I have decided to try other places. Customer service means everything to me. I have noticed that they are extremely nice to the folks that use them for the wash per pound services especially the senior facility truck that brings them business. I didn't know they could smile until I saw those folks come through. They get real animated. I've been using their laundromat for almost a year. Ummm no, I work hard for my money and I like to feel that my business is appreciated too.
