Small but mighty describes North rehab. The staff and residents are one big family. The Activity staff goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is welcome and having fun. The nursing and therapy staff work hand in hand to meet all of their resident needs and if you have a question about your family member/loved one they are able to answer it without hesitation.

We walked in the facility unannounced and were immediately greeted. We found the center clean and organized and all employees we met were professional and kind. The residents were engaged in activities and looked happy and well cared for. We were greeted by the administrator as he was walking through one of the halls talking with residents. He seemed very passionate about patient care and making North Rehab a place where you would feel comfortable leaving your loved ones.

We have been here approximately 2 weeks and the staff all has been so very dedicated!!! The nurses (3 especially) are all wonderful and the Administratior Mr. Don is always on top of things as well. He takes the time to explain and be there for us all. He is wonderful. And we have seen great improvement in our loved one in the short amount of time we have been here!! I just want to say "THANK YOU" from the bottom of my heart and that I appreciate your time and effort taking care of our family member!
