Purchased a Triumph Scrambler 1200 from Pete’s. They made it extremely easy, I was in the fence between two bikes so they roped it off so I could think about it for a few days without someone else buying it from under me. Ask for Angelo, he’ll help you get what you’re looking for.

Went in to Petes to buy a bike, $11000 in cash, full price, I didn't ask for a discount no haggling, and was denied to purchase. The manager stated he was not selling the bike so they could add $2500 in accessories, of THEIR choosing to upsell the bike because of lack of stock. At no point did he offer to let me choose the accessories so I could customize it to my liking or try to earn me as a customer. The lack of professionalism was astounding. HE STATED HE WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH MAXIMIZING PROFIT, than earning me as a life long customer. The behavior of the manager was disappointing and desperate...I felt that his greed makes the integrity this business questionable. He looked at me as a number instead of client. I will never shop here or recommend anyone to Petes. Practices like this is ruining the American economy and I'm disgusted..Period. UPDATE: PURCHASED the BIKE I wanted the very NEXT DAY AND WAS given ALMOST $1000 OFF at another cycle shop. Can't wait to send all my friends that are in the market there.

If you found out after you bought the bike that it doesn't have everything I supposed to have on it absolutely you paid for more than what you got that's a lawsuit if they don't
