We had to repeatedly ask that our mother be bathed. We were told her bath days were 2 days a week, which she never received unless we asked and followed up. My father was given little to no information about the care she was receiving in the two weeks she was there. Our mother contracted Covid while there and they failed to tell my father there was the beginning of a small outbreak in the facility until 10 people were already marked as sick. She was moved into a covid ward, no updates were given & he was refused entry to see her. meals were atrocious, "mystery meat" every day. You can tell the food they serve meets bare minimum requirements. I would not choose this facility again for family future care.

Current patient with hip replacement. It's a looney bin with good pt and decent food. No communication. Need to go home. It's Friday after Thanksgiving. Skeletal staff. Social services is GONE and no one knew. Dressing was left unattended and open for more than 24 hours despite repeated requests. Staff are good but at their limit. Don't come here for something like this. Just go home even if you live alone.

Awesome!. I was transported from the hospital and turned up my nose when the nurse recommended ManorCare. I was brought in on Friday night, depressed as I thought I would have nothing until Monday. I could barely make it from the wheelchair to the bed. I was shocked to have a full schedule of evaluations Saturday and my first PT session Easter Sunday! Still on Covid quarantine all therapy had to be in my room, but the therapists were creative, very encouraging, and really pushed me. It is an older facility but the rooms are huge and functional. If you are looking for the 'Ritz' this is not the place for you. If you want rapid recovery with a fun and friendly nursing staff and incredible therapy ManorCare is A+++.

Bad, bad place, my mom was in here after she left the hospital, and not even 24 after she arrived she fell there , they didn’t even call me or my sister to tell us it was like they had something to hide, after that they just took her from the bed to the chair and restroom, never came in to check on her or even bring her medicine to her. Me and my sister are not from there so we had 2 days to look for her a place to stay, so by any means don’t go by the stars because they lie , we put her in a different place and there stars where less stars but they treat her much better and she is happier. So just for heads up trust me I have done my research, this is a Very Very bad place to put a love one.

Best bet is to call and speak with the Admissions office petsonal..
It's a place to recover from surgery, it's a rehabilitation which includes therapy. Most of all it has a superb staff. Everyone are compassionate, trustworthy, reliable in every detail and tend to every need of every patient. I highly recommend it
