This is a wonderful library. First off, the library is big and spacious, has four floors, a Children's & Teens area, full range computer lab and cafe on the third floor. It also should be noted and well-known that on the outside of the west side of the building that Coachman Park is next to it, along with the "Clearwater Marina", the Clearwater Memorial Causeway Bridge & Pedestrian Path and that all of the aforementioned amenities look beautiful on a bright, sunny, warm Florida day. I definitely recommend spending an hour, or two here > especially to view the beautiful scenery outside of the Clearwater Public Library - Dwtwn Clwtr. I don't think any other public library in the Lower 48, neither in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico has the spectacular views that this location has. 😊

My son and I were there for an exhibit of photography. It's a very nice building. The young lady at the counter was helpful and friendly. It's in a part of town that's rough. Also, construction makes parking a challenge. Worth the trip though.

Excellent library! Also has exhibit space. If you like photography or nature, the one up 'til the end of May 2022 is not to be missed! Clyde Butcher. Amazing, emotion provoking, black and whites!

Gorgeous views of the waters of and around St Joseph Sound and the docks beneath the Clearwater Memorial Causeway aren't the only assets this library holds. It's interior is well-spaced, clean, and apparently well organized. The library within comprises four floors - each with its own tier of the aforementioned views and sections dedicated to special interests and library departments. I had the opportunity lately to participate in a book sale on the library's ground floor as a patron (finding, among other selections, a hard cover copy of the complete works of Josephus) and found the library's paid and volunteer staff to be very helpful, courteous, and efficient. If you are planning to visit a library in Pinellas County, I highly recommend this library and suggest that you put it at the top of your list: There's nothing quite like taking a stretch along the waterway or sitting in a chair overlooking the sound and docked boats below to enchant the soul while you're on your intellectual journey. Bonus: A tree made of steel in front of the library seems to greet you as you make your way to the front doors. Take a closer look and you'll never forget.

Most probably, your best bet is to go online to the town/city newspaper that covers the area of your subject matter and search in their archives section. If you have difficulty online you may have to call or go to the paper's main offices (or hire someone to do so) and do a search of what they have in their archives (possibly in microfilm).
Not at this time.
Yes it's free
I did a quick search on the online library catalog. No book with just the word Pies. Lots of cookbooks, but also other titles. Check the online library catalog. Or call the library. Or visit.
No tutors, but virtually unlimited resources.
With a current library card.
