I purchased a new GE range and the drawer was damaged. A very sharp piece of sheet metal was sticking out of the corner. Reliable Appliance was the company who handled the warranty. They were promptly looked at my range, but the worker was very rude. He acted like there was nothing wrong with it, and then said he could order a new one "but it might not be any better". Totally unacceptable reply. I almost cut my hand cleaning the installers fingerprints off the drawer! I was told it would be two weeks. Well, it's now been almost 7 weeks with no drawer, and Reliable Appliance has been very difficult to get ahold of. They rarely answered their phone, and they were not return messages. I had to call them way too many times with no results. We finally have a date for the drawer to be replaced, and they cannot give me ANY CLUE as to what time they will be delivering it. Can't tell me if it's in the morning or the afternoon ... so basically I have to take the entire day off so I am here when they arrive. I was told this is because of "logistics". I find this unacceptable as well. I have found "Reliable Appliance" to be extremely unreliable.

Just so customers can be aware: Reliable will not let you return parts that they order for you. I mistakenly thought they could do a better job than me in ordering a part for my refrigerator. I was very explicit about the part I needed. I should have gone into the store to make sure that it was the right part, but I trusted that they knew what they were talking about. the part that I needed did not come with the part they ordered. So, I'm out $180 for something I don't need. Just look online and order the part yourself. but again, you have to be very specific about what part you need.

The repairmen, Paul and Aric were professional from the start. Our place requires masks upon entry, and they were on it. The service was exceptional, informed me of all the details they were doing. It make my life easier with communication. Reasonable rates. If you need repairs on your appliances, you would be wasting your money if you called someone else.

We made a service call for a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove after buying a home. They came out and didn't fix anything on the first trip. Then the dishwasher flooded our kitchen because it wasn't draining/cycling properly which was the issue we reported. After another 4 trips out, our issues still weren't resolved so I contacted the owner. He made promises that he certainly didn't hold up. I will definitely use them for any services in the future and would recommend anyone else do the same.

They will pick up for a fee or drop off any time in front of their building.
$89 to have a tech go to your home, $75 if it were to be dropped off at the shop. That's a pretty common issue and I can tell you from experience you could pick up a newer refurbished range with a 6 month warranty for cheaper than it would be to get a basic one fixed. Nice basic gas/electric ranges are around $250, to fix it's already at $89 just to diagnose the problem. Anyways hope that helps you out dude.
You'll need to call them and ask. The question and answer section of google is really just for other users and customers to answer questions. The timeliest way to get an answer from the company is to call.
