I just want to thank miss Blair for all her work and support. She help me through very long and messy divorce with custody. Being an immigrant and have nobody to get your back is terrifying. But Blair got my back. She responded on every call, email, any questions or concerns, she was there for me. I can't thank you enough young lady. Thank you so much!

I find it quite odd that not only am I in need of service but I’m also disabled with a minor child. I requested the same type of assistance a little while back and was denied bc my soon to be EX HUSBAND had applied, has full time employment the only difference is he speaks Spanish fluently and I don’t: Don’t deny me service or refer me to an income based attorney stating my income is too high when in fact that’s not the case when he makes OVER $2500 a month. It’s not about money it’s about RACE!!! Apparently I don’t meet your criteria

I tried calling this place for 2 days straight. I must of called precisely every other hour . No one ever answered the phone, it kept sounding as if it were off the hook. I decided to take a ride to the establishment and everything was dark and the doors were locked with no explanation sign on the door as to why or if they'll be working remotely, or out to lunch, or closed for vacation etc.🤷♀️ This seemed very irresponsible and unprofessional to me. I don't understand how one can run a business this way. There has got to be a better more responsible way to service the public.😔🤦♀️

There is an interstate framework governing how Florida handles out-of-state warrants. Generally a warrant will specify whether the person ought to be transported from different regions of the US, and how long Florida will hold someone for transport will depend on the communication they are receiving from where the warrant was issued. The general guideline is thirty days, but it may be extended beyond that depending on the circumstances. The Full Faith and Credit clause of the Constitution requires Florida to honor warrants from other US States, so as a practical matter it is best to address the Court that actually issued the warrant, particularly where, as here, you have the impression that the warrant may have been issued in error. Even if a Florida Court were to agree with you, they would still be required to honor the New York warrant. You should probably work through the Court where the warrant originates to see if it can be recalled given the circumstances you mention.
