If I could give a -0 I would never recommend this place to anybody. The front reception was ok, but when I was called back some tall women didn’t even say who she was took my vitals went over my meds and had the nerve to ask me what I was their for. OMFG really I said I need help so after waiting almost an hour when I got there my appointment was at 1:10pm arrive at 1pm for paper work I sat there till almost 2 for someone with an attitude to tell me to go back to the front and wait for the NP Right I walked right thru that door bye bye..then I see in My Chart as a no SHOW as clearly I was I checked in incompetent people….so I’m going to a private Therapist we’re people are on time and don’t have attitudes and you don’t know what the heck is going on in first appointment WOW

Carmina is rude and impolite. She does not know how to talk on the phone or to do the simplest things on her job. How can a health care location hire people like that? find a good health care location if you can.

I was given a referral to Lee Health Behavioral Health on December 9th by my Lee Health family physician. When I called them on December 11th, I was told they are short handed and not taking any new patients.

Great Care, Wonderful Staff, DCF Grants based on income to were you can get mental health at no cost and the same with medications. They really try to help, they are non judgmental, patient and kind. The office staff are very kind and say hello when you walk in and say have a nice day when you leave. Well secured so you feel safe. Just a wonderful environment.Susan Samadrake is a great nurse and Jennifer is one of many great counselors there.

Questions & Answers

Does it have sliding scale for payment

I "believe" they do.. but the only reason I can't be certain is because it wasn't brought up as I qualified for a grant from DCF(no cost). And if I didn't qualify, they said there were other options. You would have an appointment with the financial coordinator to determine what program(s) you are eligible for. It's a wonderful staff... the same level of care for ALL. Call them for additional information. Hope this answered your question

Do they accept Medicare and supplementary insurance payments??

Angie they are just like any other place but I will tell you the Dr. Thacker is the best.

Do u have therapists who also prescribe medications

They have a psychologist and a PA who evaluate and handles medication. Therapists are a separate thing that the doctor will recommend if he feels it would work better in conjunction with your meds. :)
