I had been searching for a place to shampoo my cloth seats, I decided on this place since it was so close to home. I came to the establishment at 4PM. Three men work here, one of Asian decent, one of African American decent, and an older Caucasian man. Upon arrival I told them what I wanted which was the inside clean & emphasis on removal of stains from the seat & exterior wash. Immediately they started to complain saying that It takes two hours to complete and that they close at 5pm despite the website saying they close at 6pm. This is my first ever car detail so I did not know how long this usually takes or I would’ve come earlier. The older white man asks the African American man to shampoo the seats to which he responds “No I’m not doing that! It’s 4pm!” I was taken aback by that and responded “ I can just go somewhere else..” but the white man insisted on that they would get it done, which I appreciated. I picked up the car at 5:45pm and immediately noticed a strange smell from the soap or chemicals that they used. The smell resembles an old dirty soapy water smell. It leads me to believe since it was the end of the day, they didn’t bother to use clean water to shampoo my seats. It has been over a week now since the detail and that smell has not left the car, even with leaving the windows down for days to air it out. Also the cup holders, the side compartments on the driver and passenger side door were not clean, and the soap they used left visible white residue on all the black parts on the car (which I had to remove myself with car interior wipes) I will never recommend anyone to do business here and should have went somewhere else.

I take my wife's car and mine yesterday, and they did an excellent job, they're very kind and friendly all of them and I definitely recommend them, they looked after all the details and the price is fair , really awesome job
