I shipped frozen fish with them last year and the prices where very reasonable. Decided to use them again this year and ship more fish to the lower 48. I guess they are no longer using their shipping service they had last year. It cost me 3 times as much this year. Unfortunately I can't recommend them anymore for shipping services. Will start flying with fish again.

Great little fish market. Reminds me of the market in James City NC. Friendly service decent price.

Though small the selection is incredible! Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. I bought a bunch of smoked salmon to take back to LA (check out the last pic 😉) and u bought some fresh Rockfish and Salmon to cook on the hotel during my stay. The fresh fish was incredibly tasty with their lemon caper sauce. I also bought some hot reindeer sausage and that was very tasty as well. Will be making another trip there before heading home! This is a great place to buy & ship seafood out of Anchirage, Alaska. The packaging is professionally done by friendly and knowledgable staff. I bought some Alaskan sausage, which contains reindeer meat but largely beef & pork. It's not the Scandinavian countries but it's delicious still.

Most of the things I saw there were frozen. They do have a processing center in the back there I saw lots of fresh fish, including salmon, halibut, etc.
This location is in downtown Anchorage. Not likely to see any eagles. Suggest traveling to Seward or Homer to see eagles.
Did you find out where and the cost?
They still had some shelled king crab like Aspen described a couple of weeks ago. The folks there are so helpful, I would guess even if they didn't have any they would find a way to accommodate
Halibut is usually $20 to $25 per pound and salmon usually $12 to $15 per pound. Prices fluctuate. Better deals are sometimes found at the New Sagaya store in midtown.
