I called this Giant Pharmacy on 33rd to check availability on a medication. When I had to repeat myself once the rep put me on hold without saying anything. After about five minutes I hung up, called back, and was sent directly to the hold music. When I called for the third time, they took the info, and put me on hold from 1:15 - 1:30, which is when they go to lunch :-) terrible service.

Calling all day, keep getting busy signal or getting hung up on. Getting prescription filled on location takes forever: first. they can't find your prescirption and will send you home unless you makie noise and insist it's there and they must find it. Then you wait forever...

Disorganized and unfriendly. Plan lots of time, an appt means nothing. Had a booster appt. Arrived a few minutes early, after 45 minutes no shot. I had a pressing work call that I was now running late for. Attitude trying to reschedule/cancel and then waited longer just to get my vaccine card back. I asked several times about the wait time and each time was told a few minutes. If they had even been upfront about running so far behind I could have rescheduled right away.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - IT'S NOT WORTH IT. Incredibly slow and disorganized pharmacy with poor customer service. It usually takes 3-4 days to fill any medications and I never get a text when they're ready. Trying to reach anyone in the pharmacy is impossible, you usually wait for 10 minutes of endless ringing before someone picks up and places you on hold before then hanging up on you after another 15 minutes. They also managed to spell my name wrong when transferring multiple prescriptions over from a different pharmacy, so I can't fill anything online because my name doesn't match. The staff are obviously overworked and under-trained, especially now with offering COVID tests and vaccines.
