Edit: 8/19/22 I'm happy to be able to write this update. These guys stopped at nothing to ensure that absolutely nothing was wrong with their work. They didn't give me a hard time, make me feel like I was being difficult or anything negative honestly. It's about as good as it can get customer service wise. I'm very thankful for the way they took care of the issue. They provided me with a rental car and was quick with the repair. The end product was a great job. Clearly, I may be a little bit of a stickler, but they deserve the 5 stars no doubt. Thanks guys I really appreciate it. You took a very stressful situation for me and made it no problem. Extremely upset and discouraged with this place. I took my jeep here because I thought that it was a high-end and high quality kind of place but boy was I wrong. My Jeep needed repairs on the driver side as well as the rear. The first time I went to go pick it up there was a huge scratch on the door hinge. The second time I went to pick it up the paint colors didn't match the rest of the Jeep and they even tried to say that it must just be the clear coat or the glare however they later apologized and said they used the wrong paint code because it was blatantly obvious it didn't match. Now not even 2 days after picking up my Jeep the paint is so incredibly thin that it's already chipping in multiple places where they painted. I don't understand how the quality can be so bad. I don't understand how they would present my car to me twice looking the way it did. I just wanted my jeep fixed correctly. I wouldn't recommend anybody go here. Edit-After looking a little closer at the job that was done I found that multiple areas of the repair didn't even get painted. I will say that the body work that was done is very good. However, whoever painted it clearly doesn't seem to care about his work. It's sad that such poor quality was let out the door to me the customer so many times. It has been like pulling teeth just to get a decent job done on my vehicle.

Very friendly location. They explained everything very well & was supper supporting when in doubt. I understand there are certain guidelines that are needed to be followed & that's why they are not able to really accommodate you when are budgeting but they explain why & make sure your super informed. Had a wonderful chance to work with Chelsea & she is phenomenal. She makes you feel very comfortable & certain of your choice & will make the transaction smooth as possible. Great experience, would definitely recommend 🤗.

Dylan and the team at Dayton Andrew’s St Pete were wonderful to work with! Dylan was very kind and so patient throughout the entire process and was sending updates on the build of my Jeep even while he was on vacation. He and the rest of the team made the entire process easy going and I’m super excited for my new jeep!! 😍
