I'm a lawyer who works with the good people of the Bureau of Administrative Reviews frequently. Though our relationship is generally adversarial, everyone here is professional and goes out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. PRO TIP: give respect, get respect.

It's so hard to get in touch with yall by phone call. I've been trying all day to get in touch with you guys about a important situation and I'm stuck at work

I must admit it was much quicker than I expected and Michelle was the kindest friendliness person who knew what she was doing. I had to ask how long she'd been there. she's said it'll be 15 years on the 12 of this month. Now that is dedication. I was grateful I got her she handle everything I needed and it was a pleasure sitting with her. So Michelle these 5 stars are for you. Happy Anniversary and thank you for all you do. Your hardwork and dedication shouldn't go unnoticed so this is for you.

Holy cow! Called them, spoke to Cindy, I was very polite, she was extremely rude. I understand you're overwhelmed right now, but it does not warrant the treatment I received, you're representing your employer. 2 stars because I was able to get the information I needed. EDIT: It was refreshing to speak to David. Professional, kind, helpful. Called me with a followup promptly. What a great employee! More Davids and less Cindys! Changing to 4 stars because of him.

can i apply for my license plates, registration, and drivers license at this facility?
No
At any driver's license office not at the hearing office
My knowledge should be around 160! You can always call
How do I replace a lost or stolen driver's license
How much
No, you would have to go to the tax collectors office for that
Yes
Not at this office, but yes you can't do that at the actual driver's license office. This office is the Bureau of administrative reviews and there's not an actual driver's license office. This is where hearings are held to get hardship licenses at.
Yes but there is a charge for it and it depends on how many pages you have.. i had 20 pages and it was $10
Contact a different office because this particular site can't renew IDs. It's meeting rooms for licensing-related hearings only. No other services.
