Amazing customer service, went to trade in my pc and even though I didn’t like the price they offered, they where very professional and very helpful. Very great amazing people. Will for sure be coming back whenever I want another Pc hahahahaha.

Awesome customer service! Brought in a Dell Laptop with a broken key. They worked for a long time trying to reattach it before discovering a small break in it. Gave me options to replace the entire keyboard or try to find a replacement key. Once I did they installed the new key for me gratis! I am amazed at the attention to detail and the awesome service! I will definitely return with any PC repair issue!

Overpriced. Will charge you $125.00 even if they are at your house for 10 minutes, and do little or nothing. I complained and was told they would make it right. A second trip was to transfer files from system to another cpu. Couldn't do it and was going to charge another $125.00. Tech they sent was not informed to give me a discount. Was at my house for 40 minutes and charged me $90.00. Never again! Never refer them either.

Returned my computer twice within 30 days and both times the screws have been loose. Had no problems with my laptop fans when it was first brought there to get repaired. Fan started revving up and making noise shortly after picking it up from the Pinellas computer repair shop. I explained this to the service representatives, it was never a problem until after they serviced it. I now payed for 2 diagnosis test in less than 30 days. They resolved the issue based on a loose wire near the fan. Received my computer back with all the screws loose for a 2nd time. Also, there is one screw missing. I mentioned the issue of the missing screw after taking it there the 2nd time. The laptop was given to them with all the screws and they were not able to replace the missing screw. Left there very unhappy with there overall service, the expected quality of service is not there. Their approach in resolving my concerns with their service made it seem as if it was the customers fault.
