We were visiting from out of town and had an urgent care need. I found Stat One on Google and so glad that I did! I sent a text which was responded to within minutes. I explained my issue and they said they could see me within 15-20 min. Howard was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly caring for my needs. He even followed up multiple times since the visit to make sure I was Ok. Wow! I’ve joked with my wife that even though we live nearly 2 hours away, that it would be worth the drive to go back to Stat One! Outstanding customer service and this was a great experience that I highly recommend!!!

I’ve been going here for years because Howard and Steve are so knowledgeable in their field of expertise. I haven’t had to wait around in the waiting room once, they get you in and out so if you’re not feeling well you don’t have sit around feeling ill. This is the best and most affordable Urgent Care facility I’ve ever been to.

I saw the great reviews and decided to try it out. It was sincerely the BEST decision I could have made. I was not feeling well and I am also pregnant so I was concerned about taking medications. Howard listened to my symptoms, concerns, and took into account my pregnancy as well when making recommendations. As a healthcare provider myself, I can't tell you how much I appreciated him taking his time while taking my history, symptoms, and during the examination. I never felt rushed and truly felt like I received good care. I moved to this area recently and can tell you I will ONLY be coming here whenever I need urgent or primary care. Not only was Howard amazing during the appointment - but then he texted me the next day to check on how I was feeling and ensure I was doing better. I have never had a medical provider (especially at an urgent care) text or call me to see how I was doing after a visit. Typically it's "If you're not better in a couple days come back..." but Howard genuinely cared. I have health insurance but much rather see Howard and pay out of pocket as his rates are very reasonable and he provides great care. As I mentioned, without a doubt, my family and I will continue to come here! But also, if you don't have health insurance (or your copays for urgent care are super high) I definitely highly recommend coming here! The pricing is all up front, no invoices in the mail, no hidden costs etc. If you're wondering whether to go here... I am telling you it's 100% worth it. I referred a close friend of mine who does not have health insurance and he also had amazing things to say about Howard after he saw him!

This place is first rate. You get personalized service and feel like you are being treated like a human being. Many health care facilities really don't treat you with the same compassion.
