Day in and day out I have witnessed neglect and abuse to this facility and many other ones. What happen to those who are supposed to care?

Needs much improvement. Can't believe it is still open. Food needs improvement and the head hosts shouldn't drink while on duty.

My Mom has been at Magnolia Health and Rehabilitation for 1 month now and I am extremely pleased with how wonderful the care is and how friendly the staff is. I'd like to thank everyone - admissions , nursing , dietary , receptionists and everyone else especially Anna for taking such great care of Mom and making her comfortable and happy!

Staff is rude most of the time and unreachable the remainder. My brother stayed here and had nurses arguing over who’s responsible to care for him, in front of him. This facility should be embarrassed of the standard of care they uphold. Also, children are not allowed to visit, it’s not posted but they’re very “assertive” when letting you know.

Among others, we offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Physical therapy (PT) examines, evaluates and treats patients with various disorders including musculoskeletal conditions, heart conditions, neurological disorders, wounds, and more. A PT also recommends devices that will assist the patient with function and mobility. Occupational therapy (OT) examines, evaluates and treats patients to afford them improved function in the performance of activities of daily living (ADLs). An OT might train a patient to use medical or adaptive equipment, provide splint fabrication, or perform neuromuscular re-education. OT also includes cognitive retraining associated with ADLs and safety, energy conservation techniques, and sensory deficit compression techniques. Speech therapy evaluates, diagnoses and treats disorders of communication, cognition and language. Sometimes, swallow studies allow for objective assessment of the swallowing function.
