I am a contractor and will never deal with this company again. They push orders back all the time and will sell your material to large companies and make you wait for yours. They sold us thousands of square feet Of defective Pavers and nobody at either location will return our phone calls or emails. How can a company do this to somebody who spends hundreds of thousands of dollars a year on materials.. We called numerous times to find out what is going on if they were going to warrantee our pavers or not, and the people at the desk or telling us nobody is allowed to talk to us about this Last resort is to take legal action against this company and that’s the way it is looking like it’s gonna be. As long as somebody reaches out to us and warranties are Pavers, then we can talk about taking this review down.

This company deserves 0 stars. Take your business someplace else!!! The Arcadia office personnel lack of customer service, professionalism and respect for their customers is an absolute shame. Honestly, I do not know how this people are on business. We placed an order of pavers since June paid in full since 6/17. According to an email they send us we were supposed to received our pavers 8/10. They keep moving the date without even sending and email or phone call; we are the ones who have to call them when they don’t show up on the delivery date. They don’t care about their customers at all from 8/10 they moved the date to 9/30, then 10/11. We have voiced our complaints even to the regional manager without any resolution or compensation for our inconvenience. We were assured by the regional manager that we were going to receive our materials by 10/11. After so many complaints this time we received an email stating it would be delivered 10/25 without any further explanation. Every time we call is a different excuse and with a very bad attitude as well. They refused to give us a contact information to a superior that can solve this matter for once. First and Last time we will order from this company. We had to offer our customers discounts and make it right to them by loosing money due to Tremron Arcadia Team’s HUGE UNPROFESSIONALISM and INCOMPETENCE!

This company is completely dishonest and lies about delivery dates to appease the customer. Still waiting on my brick that is over a month behind. Every week they tell me a different date. They also told me they no longer make some of the brick I had ordered. Why couldn’t this have been told to me when I ordered or when they called with BOGUS delivery dates.
