The staff at this field office are very professional, they treat you with respect and no intimidation , officer J. Steele was very professional and efficient.

I came to the building a few years ago as a US citizen who was leaving the country. I watched the staff scream and shout at people, they got very aggressive with a elderly woman who didn't speak very good English. A man accidentally had his phone go off, and was talked to like he killed somebody, they weren't staff, they were wardens. This was so unprofessional, they felt like they could abuse people from other countries because they were vulnerable and at their mercy, like a narcissistic power trip. News flash, US isn't great, all people deserve to be respected, these are normal everyday people just wanting to build a life quit treating them like garbage.

I was interviewed for US naturalization in July 2020 and I passed all the tests, but the interviewer said my status is still not enough time in the US, so it won't let me naturalize and protect me. Go home and wait for a reply. Now that I have enough time, how can I make an appointment so they can tell me whether to reapply or what to do next?

This review is coming a few weeks late but I had to be sure to commend officer Carroll on his professional yet lighthearted demeanor as he interviewed us which made the process so much more pleasant for us. He’s extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at his job. Having unpleasant experiences with immigration officers at airports, it’s refreshing to see that at USCIS they’re not all so tightly wound but can still do their job without being incredibly mean to people.

I know my answer is late but for anyone else with the same issue... 1 you don't need to go to the office assigned to you... Any office which does biometrics will do.... You can do it before the date and a week after the schedule date is also fine. I take people to do fingerprints many times and I am speaking from experience...
If one parent is a US citizen and the child enter the country before their 18 birthday.... Yes, that child is automatically a us citizen.... Regardless they file N600 after their 18 birthday. It only matters that the child enters the country before they turn 18!
Yes
The oath Ceremony was done inside the hall, but without visitors. You can celebrate with friends and family outside the building. They are keeping social distancing regulations. I was there for the Ceremony couple weeks ago
Yes, absolutely! There is a free parking lot right near the entrance with plenty of parking.
