horrible experience. There is no problem about the doctor but the service is just terrible. i have to make appointments several time just to pick up my trial contacts and they even gave me the wrong prescription one and ask me if i can return it and wait for the correct one. My whole point for buying contacts is for an important event and the real one even hasn't arrived yet. I waste a whole month just to wait for it. My event is coming up tomorow and they still investigating who was the one gave my wrong prescription contacts! Their attitude when I complaint about it was so rude. Omg i hate this place, i just want to take my money back and go to somewhere else, this is ridiculous!

The only reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars is for the quality of the glasses and eye contacts are comfy. The optometrist are very polite-explains everything she’ll be doing unlike the workers at the front desk and associates lack customer service, they’re rude and disrespectful. They don’t greet you when you walk in and when you leave the store. It’s just an awkward unwelcoming environment. Most of the workers have an attitude problem. They put me on hold each time I called for my contacts and then hang up. This happened 3 times! Totally unprofessional! And finally when they decide to not put me on hold they spoke with such an aggressive tone. If you’re not happy at your job go work somewhere else. Someone has to teach these people how to be polite with customers and work on their customer service skills. We’re paying customers, not asking for free glasses. They have way better service at other small glasses stores. Taking my money somewhere else. Definitely won’t be coming back to this place. ✌️
