Negative: Very dirty and nasty hotel? Don't like to be fooled? The pictures on their website are false? Elevator was nasty with floor tiles all cracked and dirty? Had to leave a 50 dollars deposit? I better get my money back? It was refundable the man said?

If I could give zero stars or a negative rating I would. The front desk attendant on duty 06/18/22 @1130 was the most unfriendly person at check in I have ever encountered. He didn't want to look up the reservation made by my company because it wasn't made with the correct name. It was painfully and clearly evident he wanted to pass the buck to the next shift. Repeatedly kept telling me to return after 3pm so he would not have to deal with any issues. On top of that, not even a microwave in the room. Do yourself a favor, keep looking. Much better hotels are nearby.

The room itself had the bare amenities but the surroundings were less than desirable. Lot of crackheads who were knocking at the door randomly; and we were on the 2nd floor. There was police presence when we went to check out.

You definitely get what you pay for, we did not see any bugs or roaches thank god , no smelly rooms but it was just basic and the floors were dirty , some of the lights in the room didn’t work and the people above us were moving furniture (literally) all night. The maids also threw away my brand new earrings that were on a napkin near the sink (totally visible not covered by anything) The only positive thing is it’s super close to Disneyland so if your looking to save money on accommodations this is your best bet , just don’t expect anything above low average.

No. As long as you are notified ahead of time. Emergency can happen that require shutting off water without prior notice. If the water shut off is scheduled, you should get 24-hr notice. If checking in, the desk should alert you to that fact.
Yes, the hotel is on Harbor Blvd as well as Disneyland.
It's a dump. Do not visit it. We had no water, room smelled awful., Bugs and holes all in the tub. Was told we had the kitchen suite but we had no dishes and paid for it but no cooking utensils. when we pgot there the microwave was part of the bathroom an d they wanted to charge an extra 200 for deposit for dishes.
I do not understand the question.
I currently stay there and can say that all rooms are non smoking but they really don't trip on it. It's under new management. Puff it if you got it.
HELL no. They protect the criminals, the drug dealers,
Why did I get this? I had a bad experience with this hotel 3 weeks ago & will not give a good recommendation.
Surely they can but I do not think it matters since if a passenger lost it, they must have deactivated it.
Even if it was, its pointless to keep it. Despite this question being a year old in itself, any future readers that find themselves in the same predicament should probably only hold on to the card long enough to rack out some ⚟'s(Lines) before disposing of it. That's because you're probably on drugs if you think you can benefit anyway from finding that key!
Yes
They do not, however there is a bus that you can take and the bus stop is close.
