Our tasting here was wonderful, despite the heat. We took our wine samples to the big tent behind the building, where we also enjoyed some live music and cornhole! The wines themselves were delicious, especially the sangria. The whole experience was quaint and delightful!

Very quaint winery tucked back in Mt. Airy MD that has delicious wines and gorgeous views. Friendly staff and if you're lucky, you'll meet 2 very friendly 4 legged pups. Make sure you give them a pet before you order your amazing wine. Great overall experience!!

Beautiful family-owned winery in Mt. Airy, MD. We dropped by on a Friday for a tasting and really enjoyed the charm of Elk Run. My wife and I each did a tasting flight. We had some overlap but covered about 9 seperate wines. They were pretty good. The stand-out were the Port and the sparkling wine. The owners were friendly, as were the loveable wine dogs. They have a nice patio, some event tents with tables, and a well-appointed indoor tasting room. Reasonable prices for the flight and individual glasses. Will certainly visit again.
