Mobile order available when I got there Was a busy day with 37 cent Whoppers! The BK app needs some work though. 7/22 App better now. Ellicott City RT 40 location is okay. I have a hard time understanding most workers but they are trying.

Food was good; staff was great! The man working the front register was extremely friendly and professional. He had a smile for us the whole time. It's been a long time since I've been greeted like that. I'll remember him and his BK for the future.

Order number 63 Burger King 11011 07/21/2020 @ 8:31pm 1st of all, I'd like to warn future customers of this SET UP! -Their milkshakes are watery -Their cup holders do NOT hold their cups properly or firmly. -The top to this cup is WIDE OPEN! The hole on this lid is so big, they might as well not put a top. After the mess of this set up, I drove back to the drive thru, to explain my inconvenience that was caused, I requested another shake, the lady laughed at me, completely dismissed my case, and proceeded to charge me full price for another shake. Now I am LIVID! Where did you find this woman?! Is this the "Have it your way" customer service they are teaching Burger King now? Here are some tips you should give her before she works with the public again. She could've easily: 1.) Give me another milkshake. Although it is within their right to not give free milkshakes, at the low price of $3.29, most restaurants would have done it to ensure customer satisfaction. 2.) Been much more professional in declining her customers request. But instead I was laughed at. COMPLETELY immature and unprofessional! I promise this attitude will drive away your customers. This would NEVER happen to me at the McDonald's up the street.
