Went there at 520 on June 22nd when the store sign and google maps says it closes at 6. Appeared to be only 1 person in line. The door was locked and the barber working there was not letting anyone in. Not sure their reasoning If you will be closed earlier than you say, please post the CORRECT hours outside and on Google maps. Thank you for wasting my time. Pathetic. Can't wait to have the owner respond with their generic message of concern, then make no effort to correct the issue. See below responses if you don't know what I mean.

Bad Haircut. Terrible Experience. Pamela started off with shaky hands which I didn't particularly mind. She cleaned off the sides with a #1 which is usually how I like it. Then she went straight to the top of both sides with #2 instead of blending it, and before I could say anything, one side was done! She proceeded to the other side and when I pointed out this isn't what I was expecting, she said, "This is what the notes say. This is how I always cut. I don't know what you were expecting!" I kept quiet for the rest of the time. She knew how upset I was, but didn't offer an apology or a suggestion to update the notes for the future. At check out, she was expecting a tip and when she didn't get it, was kind enough to yell "You are welcome?". I just left.
