So... this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Jack Hampsey was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We've been pondering whether this was a good time to buy, and needed to talk a lot through the pros and cons. Jack was incredibly patient with us and really knowledgeable about the current market. I bought my car here in 2018, and I've continued servicing it here. Outside of one negative experience that wasn't at all their fault, I've never had an issue here. I scheduled a service for today, and Alyssa was the one who took care of everything. She was fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me out. I've had other people help me, and they've all been wonderful.

I traveled from Roanoke, VA to purchase a new Tacoma from this dealership and the experience was definitely worth the trip. Dan was extremely friendly and personable. The finance manager, Matus, also made the trip worth it with his down to earth and friendly personality. It’s not every day a car buying experience is fun and carefree, but these guys made it so. Absolutely 5/5 stars. From start to finish my car buying process was spectacular. I found the car I wanted on their website and inquired with Jared. Jared was very knowledgeable, and responsive to any questions I had, and filled my needs. I had been to other toyota dealers and they all seem to push you around and low-ball, which is not a good experience. My buying process was seamless, got the price I wanted on my trade and even a small discount on the new car. Paperwork took less than an hour thanks to Zane, who also answered all of my questions thoroughly. Would 10/10 recommend Brewer Airport Toyota, extremely respectful, fast, easy, hassle-free.
