The parking lot is very small at this store but the employees treated me with good service and didn't have to wait long at all for my food.

If I could it would have zero stars. Ordered food and it took about 40 minutes for 2 burgers and an appetizer sampler. Food missing and made incorrectly. Employees standing around just talking while we wait for our food. Another time an employee THREW MY FOOD AT ME after overhearing a private conversation. This happened in front of a supervisor and nothing was done about it. Dont go here unless you absolutely have to.

We always stop here for gas / snacks / lunch when we are in the area. Restrooms are super clean and never had any issues with ordering food. Also, the staff seem friendly & happy.

I have been in a lot of different sheetz since the chain went into business. Overall, Sheetz as a whole they do an excellent job in hiring the right people for the job. As for customer service i have rarely had a bad experience. With that said, the Sheetz in Newville, PA is the best sheetz of them all. All the other Sheetz can learn from them.
