This place has extremely good food and service. One employee that particularly demonstrates World class customer service is Ryan! This person made my day. I am telling everyone to buy only from this location because I feel that every dollar I spend here whether it’s on gas or merchandise, it’s well worth it. Thanks for the Amazing experience Ryan! Like every Sheetz I've been too. Quick N Easy.. yea sometimes their is a line but usually when It gets that big some employee comes over and helps check people out plus they have self scans. I can't use it... I have beer.

EDIT: Called back around 6:30 and was helped by the MOD, I can’t remember her name (Tasha, Tina?) but she was very helpful. She explained the previous manager was in training and apologized, offered me a refund, and to remake the food. Conflict completely resolved, I felt very considered and am happy this is my neighborhood Sheetz! Sorry to the other manager, and good luck in training! We all have to start somewhere! ORIGINAL: Not very happy, ordered a salad for my lunch at work (Sheetz is the only place open at 3:40). I picked up my food (in a tied bag) so I didn’t open it to check it. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and my receipt shows it as grilled chicken, but I have steak in my salad. Not a huge issue if I ate beef, but I don’t. Mistakes happen, which I understand. When I called to get a refund (as I do not have time to go back and fix the order), took me a few calls to get anybody. Rang through twice with no answer. When I got ahold of someone, Stacy was very kind and placed me on hold for a manager. After a brief hold, Stacy came back on and asked me to call back at 6am. When I asked why, Stacy informed me that “***** was too busy” to help me and she “honestly wasnt sure if she even knows how to fix the issue”. This is, obviously, unacceptable. Not only was my money wasted, but so was my time and I now get to go back work without eating. Thankfully, there are only three more hours left of my shift. Very dissatisfied, more so with the manager’s response than the mistake with the food. Mistakes happen, blatant disregard for your responsibilities is unbecoming of a person in a management position. I will be calling back with, hopefully, actual resolution to my issue.

Paid $8.26 + tax for a burrito that is about half the size of normal. Paying top dollar for what? Update, tried Lunch here again today. 5/6/21 Ordered my sandwich with Mac and cheese bites on top, Paid for Mac and cheese bites, but did not receive Mac and cheese bites.
