I decided not to do self checkout yesterday, July 13th. I went into a line where a customer's last few items were being scanned. I started to unload my items and was told by a young man, to go and use another checkout. At first I thought perhaps he's getting ready to take his break. So I and my husband went into another line, to proceed with our checkout. The young man had other customers so clearly he wasn't going on his break. I'm really upset he didn't want to help us. Clearly he doesn't want to work. So not sure why he's an employee of Walmart,if he doesn't want to help the customers who are in essence contributing to him for his paycheck. I've decided to pay extra money and shop elsewhere. Despite rising prices, I will now shop elsewhere.

Grocery pickups don't always go so well here. Missing food, damaged items, leaking bottles, and molding produce. It's nice to be able to do a quick curbside pickup, but I would stick to shelf datable items. I frequent two Walmart stores for grocery pickups and be aware that this one will call you very shortly after your scheduled pickup time to ask when exactly you will be there for your grocery pickup despite the app stating the timeframe you have for pickup before your order is cancelled.

Horrible customer service, zero empathy or attempt to help customers. Pick up system doesn't allow you to chose time so your stuck with "after 11" without the ability to come in and pull it yourself without cancelling the order. I've worked in many stores, and apparently this is the only one you can't scan items for pickup at any time? Only after 11 apparently. I guess I will just suffer a second day without a/c, thanks for being so lovely today. Not.

Every time I go to this Walmart for my daughter's clothes the 4t, 5t section is an absolute disaster but the infant and other shelves are neatly folded and organized. If you have a 4 year old or 5 year old girl don't bother going here. Best to order on Amazon or find a differents store. DO BETTER WALMART.
