Nice layout, very conscious of COVID best practices, good meat and friendly staff. I didn't see much by way of higher quality cuts, but perhaps in my quick look I didn't see them (was looking for USDA Prime steaks), but what they did have looked good. Not their main product of course, but don't buy the pierogi, they taste very pancakey. Pretty disappointing, but they're a butcher, not a polish restaurant, so I can't hit them too hard for that hah.

Good afternoon Roger, After checking around, this item is not something that we can get in at the moment. We are sorry but recommend that you could possibly reach out to a local whole animal processor that may be able to assist you. One that comes to mind and that has a retail storefront is Moriarty Meats on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo. They can be reached at 716-239-8465. Looks like they are closed today and tomorrow but will re-open on Thursday at 10am.
