Ben and Debra are lovely hosts and the property is beautiful! I stayed in the guest house across the street and everything was perfect! The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was strong. Kane and the surrounding area are great for families, history buffs, outdoor enthusiasts, and solo travelers. Highly recommend it, will definitely be back!

We had a 5-night stay in May 2022 and loved it. The owners are highly personable and responsive to guests’ needs and are committed to preserving and further restoring this historic building and property. Loved our room, loved the parlor and other places to sit and read, interesting things to look at, wonderful breakfasts, very reasonable rates. This place is a treasure. Felt good to support these people and their community.

We really enjoyed our "get away". The owners were very friendly, and breakfast was yummy! The room was nice for the price. We stayed in the fountain room, it had the smallest bathtub that was cute and obviously used to take showers. The water was nice and hot! I could hear people walking around above us over the night...which isn't great for a light sleeper, but can be expected when you need a first floor room. The carpet in our room was showing its age. But I'm sure that's on the end of a long renovation list. Mr Ben suggested some tourist spots and some good restaurants. It was nice to be pointed in the right direction. We hope to come back soon!!

I needed a place to crash for a night while traveling. This place was beautiful, clean and quiet. The couple who own this are very nice. The breakfast was tasty and they accommodated my special dietary needs. In addition, the price was very reasonable. I've recommended this to friends and I plan to stay here again.
