I went to your West Hazleton, PA location on 6/11/22 at approximately 6pm. We were a party of 4. 2 of us got the shrimp and parmesan sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes, one of us got ribs, the other got a bourbon street steak. The broccoli was completely flavorless and everything else tasted like it was cooked in a pound of butter. After 3 bites of the ribs our friend had to stop eating before she got physically sick. After a few minutes, the rest of us felt intense stomach pains. Additionally, on the table there was a cardboard advertisement that said if your server doesn't ask if you want a gift card upon delivery of check you get a coupon for a free appetizer. Our server was Annemarie and I asked her about it and she said that it was "only valid memorial day weekend and those should have been taken off the tables". However it said valid through 6/26 and before I could bring that up she just walked away. I spent $75 on what i believe is the worst dining experience I have ever had. I do not believe I will be going back to any Applebee's after that and would appreciate a refund as a gift card would be useless.

Food was good, especially the garlic parmesian chicken bites. Only slight negative was that we did not get individual plates with our appetizer, but we were OK with that as they were short staffed and busy so sharing the plate was fine.
