Lovely place to stay, we stayed here for 1 night during our long haul from Florida to NY. The free breakfast was an added bonus and very much appreciated the morning after before we continued our journey north. We had a cat with us and it was important that they are pet friendly. Our cat actually got stuck (at least we though) under the passenger car seat during the drive, the staff were very helpful and assisted by providing a ratchet wrench and sockets to help loosen the car seat. Turned out our cat was just being stubborn and didn't want to come out. Had us worried for quite a while but managed to free him thanks to the helpful staff.

Everything seemed fine until we got to our room, the toilet was COVERED in feces. I called the front desk immediately and apparently sending someone to clean as “soon as you can” means you will be sitting and waiting. Then they said they cant do anything to discount me after that debacle because I booked through a 3rd party website. How is this in any way worth the money staying here????

this is the most disgusting place ever DO NOT GO HERE!! we arrived to a dirty room with dirty linens, used soap and shampoo. didnt complain because it was my nieces wedding and i didnt want to be the one. however on Sunday when we were packing, we found a BED BUG crawling, thats when my blew a gasket and complained to the management. his reply to us was "thats its STANDARD" to have bed bugs in hotel rooms? very unprofessional

I have stayed at this hotel often on over the last few decades and I consider it a home away from home. While some hotels get a little threadbare this place continues to upgrade the facilities and it is a great comfort to know that I feel secure and comfortable. It truly is a comfort inn.
