Worst customer service ever. That woman is so flipping rude. Treat your employees and your customers better. You should be happy in these times you actually still have a business and people who want to work. If you talk to your employees like that in front of your customers I can't even imagine how you are when the doors close. I hope they all leave you high and dry. Be a better person!!

This is the best ice cream shop around, no doubt about it. They make there own ice cream and almost always have some concoction that you have never heard of. My dad is on a mission to have a flavor he doesn't like, he has failed so far. I would recommend Brennan's to anyone.

Ice cream was great, and the owner was nice to us. However she was rather rude to her employee in front of customers. She seemed new and her cone wasn’t perfect (it was going into a cup which I said) and I was taken aback by the comment she made to her employee. It’s hard enough to find employees at a time like this and then you treat them like that? The give a free dog treat with purchase which is super nice and I’m grateful. I just hope she treats her employees better than that on a regular basis.
