I would would like to personally say Thank you to Mr. Steve, the owner of this wonderful establishment. Unfortunately, suddenly yesterday morning my battery no longer worked and I was in urgent need to purchase a replacement that day. However I'm a student and I'm on a very tight Budget. I reached out immediately to Battery Power ,based on their Google reviews from many highly satisfied customers. I called and reached out to Battery Power and had the pleasure of speaking with Heather (Heather your patience and care meant so much !) Heather listened to my situation and was extremely patient with me . Heather assured me that her team could definitely assist me, and directed me to speak to a technician by the name of Angel. Angel was very professional and courteous. I explained to him my current situation and gave him my vehicle information. Within less than 5 minutes he not only gave me two battery quotes, but he also took into account my budget and assured me that They would make sure I left their establishment with a quality battery. Once we arrived we had no issue with parking. We noticed during our brief visit other clients we're constantly coming or leaving. Angel not only replaced my new Battery, but he also explained the grade of my new battery, the level of performance and the approximate lifetime of this battery. This entire experience from the entire team of Battery Power was extremely exceptional. I felt like a customer, the entire visit was a pleasure.
