The food is good. They need to improve their app, though. You need to be able to add notes for special orders or changes. I have to go in and order every time.

Excellent friendly welcoming service ! The food was expectedly good but i was more so impressed by the high attention to customer service...they need to teach their neighbors down the way at (Carl's Jr) a thing or two about customer service ! ...keep it up Habit !

I used to live in the Ventura county area and never got a chance to visit the Habit until recently. The original Habit burger joint is in Santa Barbara but we visited the El Segundo location. For a chain burger place the prices were reasonable and the burgers were huge. We got the regular char burger meal and a portobello char burger with sweet potato fries. Loved the burgers & fries. I especially loved that they offer a pepper bar, stocked with yellow chili peppers, jalapeños, and peperoncinis. Yum. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy a decent burger.

Beef patties tasted like they were thawed and frozen again, wasn't fresh, French Fries were good. Overall I'll try again maybe I'll get a better tasting Burger. I give it 4 stars cuz customer service is very good.
