So thankful for the help I've received at this clinic. Ended up having pregnancy complications and they have been so extremely helpful in taking care of me. (More than my own actual OB which says a lot). The whole staff are so kind and work very hard to take care of their patients. I highly recommend this clinic.

NO RECOMMEND AT ALL I had an appointment at 1:30. And I had to wait over 2 hours. It does not make sense if you make an appointment and then still wait 2 more hours. THEY VALUE YOUR TIME. No way, completely lie. The staff is not helpful at all. If you can not make sure the time for customer why you recommend us to book an appointment? And let them wait just like walk-in.

I went in for a procedure that I had been waiting 2 months for and of which felt a considerable amount of anxiety. Dr. Patell was personable, kind, and supportive. She shared her personal insights and also educated me on various topics surrounding reproductive health as well as the details of the procedure I was about to get. I was scared of the pain and we talked through that. I felt held, supported, and guided. I feel my experience with Dr. Patell was the best experience with any doctor that I have ever had. The nurses at the Orange Health Center were all warm, friendly, helpful, and so kind. I usually don't write reviews, and I had to this time because it truly moved me to tears how held I felt throughout the entire experience. I am endlessly grateful to Planned Parenthood, and everyone at the Planned Parenthood Orange Health Center, from the receptionist to the medical assistants to the nurses and doctor Patell were all so accommodating, nurturing, personable and present. I cannot thank you enough. It was a challenge to face my fears, as I am highly sensitive to medical procedures, and my experience could not have been any more positive. Thank you all so much for your dedication to quality women's reproductive care.

I had an appointment, showed up on time and and checked in. I got an initial phone call with health questions and was told to wait for a follow up call before coming into the center. Due to a technological malfunction on their end I never received this follow up call. I went into the center after waiting 40 min past my appointment time only for the staff to be unsympathetic and tell me that there was just a miscommunication and that I was marked as a no show and would have to wait as a walk-in. After an additional 15 min in the waiting room they tell me it was too busy and I would have to wait a lot longer. At this point they sent me to another location with a shorter wait time. Overall was disappointed with the lack of concern with my issues and having to wait over an hour for what should have been a 10 min appointment. I would recommend the Santa Ana location as the staff is much more helpful and friendly.

Planned parenthood offers primary care services through Melody Women's Health. To be seen with Melody you must be assigned to their PCP through your HMO insurance.

Are you able to give mammograms for uninsured women? I am 80 years old and have been diagnosed with cancer in both breasts. My daughters 47 had a mammogram 7 years agio and needs a current one.
