Our little family loves visiting this park. Very clean, spacious, and most of all safe! The bathrooms are clean as well. The only downside is that there are absolutely no trash cans.....anywhere.

Always a fave to walk the paved trail along the water, sunset is gorgeous and its a good place to see some big watercrafts. There is a playground, bathrooms, a couple of Pavilions. There are benches and lookout points along the path as well. I've seen several bird species, deer, and other small mammals. Lovely place in an unexpected location.

Came here from Philadelphia to see the river and the surrounding area. At the entrance we found out there is a fee for entrance and staying there. Out of state $8 and in state $4. We tried to make the payment for quite some time but unfortunately payment was not successful, don’t know why. Tried several cards though. However, we entered without paying to see if there were other payment options inside but found none. So we didn’t stay there to avoid penalties or any harassment. I wish they had more clear instructions for the visitors! ☹️☹️☹️

If you want a quiet place away from a lot of people, near some water, then you might enjoy it here. Self pay upon entrance using a card and then pull into the first parking area. Here you will find restrooms and the children's playarea and sandbox. The two play areas are suitable for 2-12 year olds. It is your typical playground equipment. If you bring horseshoes, or a volleyball or badminton equipment you can play near the playground. The area is wheelchair friendly and also has a shelter. You can take a stroll on the paved pathway that leads around the small sized park. It is a perfect walk for a couple. There are four shelters in all that I saw. You will need to drive down an unpaved road to get to the furthest one out, where there are portapotty type restrooms. There are also look out areas that will tell you about the surroundings. Take a peaceful stroll and enjoy the day!

Yes, next to pavilions and throughout the park. Great views of the water.
I have never seen any place you can fish from there. There are trails for walking, skating. and biking but no fishing area. You can call the park and recreation and they will be able to give you fishing areas.
There is no bball courts You would have to contact the new castle department of parks and recreation to answer the question about camping out there
I really do not know, try looking it up on there web site.
As it's a state park you will have to ask New castle county for it
No they do not. Pavalion. Playground. Trails that's about it. And an amazing view of the water
No. A playground and horseshoe pits are the extent of the recreational activities. There are about 2 miles of walking paths in the park.
