I would never live there again!! Too many shooting in around . They don't clean the hallways. You ask for work to be done. They never get around to fix it. Just sad . Oh in theu go up on rent every year 60 dollars .

Id just try to find somewhere else to live. Today I was woken up at 745am to someone replacing the carpets right above me and when I tell you it’s loud it’s ridiculous. How is this fair to the people that live here and are trying to sleep? They don’t do anything when filing a noise complaint, you tell one person in the office and nothing ever gets done about it. Things have repeatedly broke. Not to mention the cockroach’s. Just disappointed living here and can’t even get a good nights sleep.

We've been living here 3 months and so far love it. Sarah was really helpful through the moving process. The location is great. There's a bus stop right at the entrance, a lot of places are in walking distance. The kitchen and rooms are a nice size. The closets in the bedrooms are big. It's a quiet neighborhood. The riverfront is close by so are a lot of parks for the kids. My neighbors are friendly, everyone I've met walking my kids through the complex are friendly. Haven't needed maintenance yet, no complaints.

I really am not the type of person to leave reviews but I have been trying to work with Greenview at chestnut run in Wilmington DE for almost a month now and they have made it impossible. On 09-22-2020 I had paid $150.00 -$50.00 for the application fee itself and $100.00 to hold the apartment I was wanting. I had spoken with Leslie on multiple occasions prior to submitting the application to ensure that everything would work out and that we can try to make this a smooth process. We also scheduled an in person tour for 09-26-2020 at 11:30am and Leslie had advised that the tour would be with Sarah because Leslie would not be in the office on Saturday , mind you, I live in another state so the process is already more complicated than anyone would like it to be . Upon me submitting the application it was denied in which Leslie had called me back to inform me of. Online it states that $100.00 is refundable upon the application being denied. Leslie had also confirmed this and advised me that I would be eligible if I was able to find a co-signer. I found a co-signer, however, we wanted to look at the apartment in person first before committing to signing a lease. I had called them 6-7 times on 09-25-2020 to advise them that I had found a co-signer and that we were looking forward to meeting with them for our 11:30 tour Saturday morning 09-26-2020. I never got a response or a call back that day, so the 26th came and we drove out of state to meet Sarah for our in person tour and upon arrival the lights were out and there was a sign on the door stating that they office was closed and no one would be back until 09-28-2020. I called the office and still continued to reach their off site call center to see what was going on and they could only advise me that the office was supposed to be open and that I needed to wait 15 minutes to see if anyone would show up . I waited 30 minutes and still no one showed. At this point, I made the decision that this is not what I want to deal with moving forward and I was not going to proceed with the application and that I just wanted my $100.00 back . I have called the office multiple times and they still have not gotten back to me . I have had to file a dispute with my financial institution to try and get my money back and it’s been almost a month and I still have yet to hear back from anyone from this company. If you ask me, this is an awful first impression and just bad business. I am a very reasonable person and I understand things happen but I feel as though 1 month is ample enough Time to respond back to someone. I do not recommend them at all.
